The holiday season is all about reflection, connection, and looking ahead—and at Sion, we’ve got plenty to celebrate. This year, we asked our team to share their thoughts on what they’re grateful for, favorite moments from 2024, and hopes for the future.

A heartwarming glimpse into what makes our team so special.
This year wasn’t just about work; it was about building bonds and sharing experiences.
For Delfi, it was the opportunity to talk with several prospective clients and show them how Sion could help their business. Javier cherished seeing the Verified Supplier product release come to life, knowing he contributed to something impactful.
Alfons and Laura felt the same way, and Kevin agreed, recalling that "the teamwork behind our releases was really impressive.” For Mark it was meeting customers in person at industry events. And our game nights were also a hit this year. Rachel shared, "Hosting game nights was a blast—everyone is so funny and creative."
As 2025 approaches, our team is ready to tackle big goals with enthusiasm.
Kevin is ready to "innovate and build awesome tools" with exciting plans already in motion. Rachel is focused on upgrading diagnostics and monitoring, making smooth operations look effortless. Delfi plans on growing Sion’s reach and showing more people Sion’s incredible platform.
Gail is excited for what's coming. "We accomplished so much this year, but I feel like 2024 was a big preparation year for amazing things in 2025."
When we asked what the team was most grateful for this year, they all agreed we have a lot to be thankful for.
Javier said he feels lucky to be part of "such a talented and professional team." But leave it to Kevin Bigelow to add a little humor: "I’m grateful for hot sauce, my wife, and two dogs."
Meanwhile, Tahnee shared her appreciation for "working with amazing people, learning new things, and warm socks." And Alfons said he’s grateful for working on a platform and product that changes people’s lives and business. We’re with you Alfons!
The holidays wouldn’t be complete without traditions that make the season special.
Kevin channels Clark Griswold each year, heading "into the Utah wilderness to chop down a Christmas tree." Tahnee and Delfi both treasure the evenings their family decorates the tree, sipping hot chocolate and listening to carols. For Rachel, the winter solstice is the highlight, marked by a prime rib roast. Meanwhile, Irving, Randy and Javier keep their focus on family, celebrating with gatherings, games, and plenty of food.
At Sion, our values are at the heart of who we are, influencing every decision and interaction.
For Gail, it's all about trust. "I full heartedly trust everyone at Sion, and I know they feel the same. I am so lucky to work with smart, hardworking, passionate group of people who share the same values and priorities."
For Randy, integrity is key, while Kevin focuses on "the details", ensuring precision in every task. Tahnee leads with kindness, fostering collaboration and empathy. For Laura, teamwork and respect are the most important. Rachel values connectedness and communication and Irving champions transparency.
As we wrap up the year, we’re reminded of how lucky we are to have this incredible team and to work with customers and partners who inspire us every day. We appreciate your support and trust, and are grateful to have you in the Sion community.
